Faulty

Need help. I bought a an extendable electric chainsaw in March this year. It is now faulty. I contacted the seller but so far no reply. How can I contact eBay to ask them to intervene. I have tried and looked everywhere to sort it out but I can’t find how to contact them.

EBay won’t be interested. They only cover you under their money back gaurantee  for 30 days after purchase.

 

you have a couple of options, if bought this year does it have a manufacturer warranty and have you spoken to them? Otherwise it’s between you and the seller. If it was a uk business seller you do have statutory rights.
