Item payed

Hi

Having a nightmare trying to sort a issue out, I've sold an item , with a delivery cost, but agreed with the winning bidder that he could collect in person and pay cash , which he did , now I want to mark the item as payed and collected,  but it doesn't give me any options to do this , tried explaining to the help line ,shut end up going round in circles. 

Can anybody help and advise me please

Unless a motor vehicle, you cannot accept  cash on payment.

To that end you will not be able to mark the item as collected either, due to the fact that buyers are given a QR code or 6 digit code to give to you when they collect an item. You will not be able to mark the item as dispatched.

Nothing you can do to mark as paid and collected as cash on collection is not allowed as eBay only get their fee when the buyer pays through checkout.

You also wont have the collection code issued for a collection listing
