Unfortunately an item I ordered was severely damaged in transit and has leaked inside the box. The fluid has contaminated everything and what remains is not fit/safe to return via delivery. The seller has used eBay Simple Delivery; when applying for a return I am only given the option to ship it back. Is there an alternative I'm not aware of? I have messaged the seller but am yet to receive a response.
