I have closed a return by accident what shall I do

Unless you can persuade ebay to reopen it, there is nothing you can do.  When you go to close a case there is a warning that you can't open another.  The only exception is where you open a case for item not received, after which you can open a case for item not as described.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

For this,  I strongly recommend contacting CS first thing tomorrow morning, when the lines first open at 8a.m. for live agents,   as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
