i sold a steering wheel to a man and it reached his house on friday october 3rd. he said it didn’t work so i paid him the refund of £75 and paid the £9 delivery fee. i’ve reached out 4 times since then and he’s ghosting me and not replying. what can i do

Why did you refund before getting your item back?

Your buyer should've opened an eBay return, you issue a returns label and then refund once you have your item back and have examined it.

If you refund without getting your item, the transaction is closed with eBay and this is now between you and your buyer. There's very little you can do if he's now ignoring you.
