Active Listings

My Active Listings were arranged by soonest end date/time and that worked perfectly, but since yesterday they have been changed (not by me) to alphabetical. I can find no way of restoring the end date arrangement. Please advise.

You need to goto your seller hub and there is a row of buttons (pictured below)

Goto the all filters and that will produce a long drop down, you should be able then to re adjust to how you want your listings to appear.

Thanks for the suggestion (the "picture below" didn't come through, alas).
There is no row of buttons on my seller hub but there are several
drop-downs, and the Listings one includes the Active Listings which in turn
includes the All Filters option you mention. But I've tried that, of
course, and nothing I do makes any difference. Any other suggestions?
Anyone?

Try on the left above the word EDIT, CUSTOMISE.

On right side the option to list by end date.

Thank you. Unfortunately I have also tried that (repeatedly) and the
listings page simply reloads in its new alphabetical order, ignoring the
instruction. Imagine the frustration! Any other ideas?

Where are you doing this from eg App or desktop?

try clearing your cache and cookies and perhaps try another provider for internet eg Chrome, Firefox etc

Use a laptop / Pc and with Chrome that seems to work best.

Use the Customise link again after you have completed the changes,  hit Save in the blue button below.

Desktop. Change of provider is a thought, though it's been 100%
unproblematic for years so that wouldn't explain why there is suddenly a
problem. Thank you for the continuing suggestions, though.

Are you definitely hitting Save at the bottom of the page, after you've made the changes?
