Buyer not happy

My buyer says the tablet I sent him is 32GB not 64GB as in my listing, I have pointed out it has an expanding memory by using a storage card but he's not happy and wants a refund, My interpretation is that as it is expandable to 64GB that is what he has got, Do you agree

No, i don't agree

You listed as 64GB capacity and it is only 32GB, according to Lenovo the expandable storage is up to 2TB with an SD card

I think the buyer is right to complain and you should accept a return and refund the payment.
