CAN you return an item without a photo.

I need to return an item that is faulty but to proceed they need a photo.my imports on my camera are not working at the moment.help.

No,  a return  case needs a photo,  to be fair any photo would do as cases are all automated,  no human contact.

Just do a screenshot of a picture from the listing and add that to the return.

You may need a laptop / PC to manage all of the above,  try Chrome it works best with eBay.
