Non-receipt of a jewellry item and refusal of support by ebay.

I beleieve that ebay software is faulty because it has identified one of my purchases as made over 50mdays ago when it was only made about two weeks ago. This has meant that they say that I am ineligible for help at resolving the non-delivery of the item I ordered which I think is unreasonable.

That is an unusual mistake for ebay to make, not heard of it happening before.   You can contact ebay and ask them to check it by requesting a callback on here:

Is it the cameo scarf ring you have left feedback for?

That purchase was made on 14th May so you are well out of time to start a claim for non-receipt.
