I’m incensed about the new buyer protection fees. I am a private seller mostly selling postage stamps. A large percentage of my sale items are priced under £3. Because of BP my sales have fallen considerably. To make my items saleable I now have to squeeze my profit margin to almost nothing. BP holds no advantages at all for me: it’s simply another way for eBay to make money.
If you are just selling off your own collection then you are stuck with the buyer protection fee, if you are buying to sell (profit margin), then you need a business account.
Business sellers don't have the BPF (or Simple Delivery).
