Hi, over a month ago I contacted evri due to a parcel I sent not arriving at the buyers home. They came back to me and said they could not find it (this is not the first time I’ve had parcels go missing with them), they then said I could claim (all via chatbot). They sent an auto email saying they would respond within 28 days, they have not. I’ve tried contacting them again, but now I can’t get past the chatbot (it appears it doesn’t understand the word ‘claim’). I’ve now delisted Evri on items I sell. Does anyone have any ideas on how to speak to a human ? I’ve looked on eBay, but as I’ve refunded the buyer and can’t contact anyone at eBay. Cheers
