Postage Cost

If you sell an item that has been listed for a fair amount of time and during that time there has been a significant postage increase. What happens with the simple delivery cost.  Does this stay at the old postage price for the buyer. Does the seller lose out and have pay the difference. What happens ?

Buyers will pay postage as listing.

If part of SD then you get link to print label.

You seller is paying postage, then you have to pay what ever it costs.

If you refuse to send item, buyer can leave bad feedback.
