Sold an item with a best offer. After this best offer was accepted, I received a message from the buyer asking for quick delivery - to help with a birthday gift. Posted out quicker method than usual, at my own expense. Customer confirmed receipt of the item.... later they claimed it wasn't what they thought it was. I confirmed that it was the items listed and pictured. They came back yesterday to say they thought it was a marketing ploy and that they were v. disappointed.... actually I didn't bother to go back to them. this morning, a new ploy. they ask for the return address (when I don't accept returns) and have opened one of the beauty products and shown a picture of this.... Cannot get the speak to someone at customer services as the automated service sends me round in circles... Despite being on ebay for many, many years, not sure how to proceed. I do not wish to give the customer any money back or accept the returns. At the moment, they haven't opened a returns request....
