Pre paid label doesn’t cover the weight needed

Sold an iPad , haven’t over wrapped but wrapped well in bubble wrap and shoe box. EBay prepaid label is only for 1kg , but when I check weight parcel is 1.5kg - how can I change ?

I sent an item that a buyer had paid for through Evri. While in transit Evri damaged it beyond use.

What should I do now? I have I formed the buyer and Evri said they will be in touch with me.
