Listed an item( watch so small) buyer lives in Argyll in Scotland which evri charge more to deliver to. This was not apparent when listing and I didn’t know where the buyer would live!
called eBay before I sent it, was told they’d refund the difference and refund never appeared. Phoned again was categorically told they’d refund the wouldn’t ever refund on this basis.
they are falsely advertising postage costs so I’m very annoyed and while it’s a small amount of money the principal remains that they’re not upfront about this. It could be coded into their postage costs dependent on buyer postcode. Simples, you think…
