Hi. A buyer has informed me they haven't received their item. It was
posted royal mail second class with no signature/tracking on 20 May. I
printed a postage label from PayPal. If I refund the buyer, who do I ask
for compensation-is it Royal Mail or ...
How long do sellers normally give for a buyer to make payment before
cancelling the sale? I have three items awaiting payment, two are almost
