Money came out of my account when someone else purchased the item

Hi,

I went to buy an item on here but the listing said that it has already been purchased by someone else.

The money still came out of my bank account & l can’t contact the seller as they are away on holiday.

Is there any way of cancelling the payment?

You can request a cancellation but the seller has to implement it.    If they don't do that check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
