I sell online gaming accounts or gaming things online i have 27 orders and 12 good 100% reviews i gave some guy something online and probably messaged him thanks for buying have a good day, around an hour later i get a message ”why did you scam me” now he has opened a item not received request when i did give him what he wanted i’m really confused on what to do? Will i be scammed or will Ebay be on my side?? Help please
You are not allowed to list those items unless they are listed in this way:
Electronically delivered items need to be listed in the Everything Else > Information Products category in the classified ad format. If the classified format isn't available on the seller's eBay site, electronically delivered items are not allowed.

The Digital sale and electronic delivery of games/game codes etc.is not allowed by eBay with few exceptions --- Still listing, but if 'Buyers' take advantage of your listings, you will have no options for redress --- See >
