Return address is nonsense

I bought a pair of trainers but don’t want them now. When I go to print return address it’s nonsense and Royal Mail don’t recognise it or Evri. Tried to contact seller ( very nicely several times ) no reply. Time after time. What can I do.

Have you opened a return through Ebay and now have an open case?

If you don't get a proper return address from the seller in the next day or two, contact Ebay, refer them to the case and get them to make the seller provide a proper return label.
