Pre paid label doesn’t cover the weight needed

Sold an iPad , haven’t over wrapped but wrapped well in bubble wrap and shoe box. EBay prepaid label is only for 1kg , but when I check weight parcel is 1.5kg - how can I change ?

You willl have cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
