I underestimated the weight of a package and Royal Mail refused to use my prepaid label and let me pay the excess. I paid the whole postage myself as I needed to get rid of the package. It took two weeks to arrive and the buyer had triggered the refund which completed before the package arrived.
the buyer doesn’t want to pay me direct but do this via eBay (who consider this order cancelled). Can this be done?
