Possibly scam

I think this is a scam! They offer two sets, one expensive and one cheap with discounted parts! When you order the expensive one which costs twice as much as the other, they send you the cheap one! If the number goes well, they immediately earn about 70 pounds! If the customer asks to return the incomplete set, they do not accept the return, and oblige him to pay the return costs, and again they lose nothing! Please eBay take action because I will not cover the return costs!

Buyer opens NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, and seller has to provide the return label. Does no one bother to read the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Seller cannot refuse to accept a return if the correct case is opened.
