If it's after the expected delivery date open a case for item not received.

They were supposs to deliver in 2 3 days thays what they gave me and i
orderd on 3 iys days 6th today i need item by today if not then can i jave
refund so i can order another one please

You need to look at the email you got from Ebay when you paid for the item.

There will be a short range of estimated delivery dates.

If the item does not arrive, you can open a case one day after the latest estimated delivery date.

You are too late to cancel now.

If the item is 'officially' late (so it arrives after the latest estimated delivery date) you will be able to open a case and send it back.

I oderd it on 3 july and its says there i will recive item by 9th july but
still hasnt can u open a case and i need refund

We are not ebay staff, we are just other members like you so we can't open a case.  You need to do that.
