Unable to respond to offer

I have received an email to say that I have received an offer on one of the items I am selling.  When I click on Respond to offer it says that I have not received any offers???  Anyone else had this problem???  I’m probably going to lose this sale now because I cannot respond to it!!!  Help please thank you.

Have you now received a bid on that particular auction? 

Once the first bid comes in any existing offers are cancelled.

Or, the buyer may have retracted their offer.
