Morning all,
I have sold 6 items to a Buyer in Canada who put them all in the basket and then paid and eBay combined postage for them.
1) I only ship within the UK and this is ticked on my eBay shipping options. Although the Buyer is shown as being in Canada, I know that their address for delivery can be a UK one, but delivery address is not shown to me until I download the Simply Delivery label
2) The combined postage cost doesn't match any Royal Mail delivery costs and it won't have it on the label so how do I know which method to use?
