EVRI return to sender

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help advise me here.

I sent an item via evri. They didn't even bother to attempt delivery and item was never out for delivery. Tracking updated to say its being returned to me. Buyer confirms that delivery was never attempted and they still want the item.

So 2 questions really, how do I go about resending once its been returned to me? What's the best option and how am I paid as funds aren't released until items delivered but it would be new shipping details. (Not sure I'm explaining correctly)

Also would evri refund me for the first label I bought seeing as they've not delivered on their end and they've not provided the service I paid for?

To sort out the postage it's probably best to cancel/refund with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item) and relist for the buyer to buy again.

Thank you for your help, apparently there's a problem with the order number so I couldn't submit it. I've tried contacting pack link and evri as well.
