I have been using eBay for donkeys years and happy with it. My last purchase however has left me fuming.
I purchased a pair of trousers advertised as 42w.
On arrival the trousers were 32w .
I contacted the seller who said they had pu
t the wrong number in the title and I should have read the description where it stated 32w.
They wouldn't take them back.
I left negative feedback approx a month ago and now I see the same seller still has 100% positive feedback on all 4 of their sales.
Why has Ebay not published my negative feedback
