How to reprint the original label for an item that didn't arrive.

Royal Mail have failed to deliver an item sent by 2nd Class post so there's no tracking. I've refunded the item but can't see any way to provide evidence of the label I used to send it. I've just got the invoice (which says Royal Mail 2nd Class on it).

The only label option I can see is to print another label, rather than the original one. Is the original one available anywhere?
