Dear eBay Support,
I received the item from seller on 3 July, and I opened a return request on 9 July because the item doesn’t fit my car.
The seller declined the return request without any proper reason, and the case was closed the same day. I was not informed or given a valid explanation.
This item cost £460.63, and I believe I am eligible for a return under eBay’s return policy. I kindly ask eBay to step in and review the case.
I am attaching photos and request a full refund.
