I bought an item on 27th June, my money left my account, but the item was never dispatched. I messaged the Seller, to no response. I then went through eBays AI assistant (possibly the worst thing ever). As the item hadn't been dispatched, it recommended that I process a cancelation. So I did. 3 days past, still nothing. So I message the seller a couple more times with a couple of days in between each message, to no reply. But because I have processed a cancellation, I am stuck in limbo waiting. The option for ebay to step in and help has been removed due to the cancellation. I can't say that the item hasn't arrived, and there is no way to contact an agent to help. Is there anything I can do, apart from just move on with my life :'(

You wouldn't be able to open a "not received" case until after the latest estimated delivery date on the listing has passed. After that the option to escalate it to ebay appears 3 complete working days later.
If that time has passed and you're still blocked contact ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:
