Proof of Purchase & receipt

Recently purched a Snooper item which was brand new & sealed but Snooper will not accept the receipt I get from the seller/Ebay. Is it possible to get an official receipt from Ebay.

Thanks, Prilect.

As advised, you did not buy the item from Ebay so they can't provide a receipt.  Ebay host sellers but they don't sell anything.

You bought the item from a private seller and you must contact them to see if they have the original receipt from when they bought the item.

However, although I don't know why you have been in touch with Snooper or why you need a receipt, if it is regarding a warranty, these are often not transferable.

Although you bought the item as new, and it was an unused, boxed item, it had already been owned, if not used, by the seller.

You cannot get anything from ebay, you did not buy from them.

Print out the purchase details.

Hi John, I did purchase the Snooper device from Ebay & I did include the order Number, but Snooper will not accept the normal receipt I get with the purchase. Is it possible to get an official proof of purchase/receipt from Ebay.
