At the start of the week I tried to list some ladies bags but simple delivery was not available, so had a phone chat with an agent who had no idea why this was happening, he passed it to technical and said he would call me at 1400 yesterday, he didn't call at the arranged time. So I spoke with another agent yesterday who could not fathom it either and raised the issue again with technical and he will get back to me on Monday am.
Also why would I be sent QR code for Yodel when I have Evri and RM selected? I have never used Yodel but had to yesterday. Now it seems I have 3 drop offs to visit. eBay need to sort this new system out or there will be a mass exodus. Really frustrated. (being polite). Oh cant list watches with simple delivery either.
