Hello this customer bought from me turbocharger and atfer 1 and half time send me turbo back broken by his air bos runn some small stones and hit and damage front of my turbo that was bad fitting by cosutomer. customer can not proof his invoices that was fitted by profesional garage so turbo was broken becouse of the fitted and stone. I can refund half money back but not in full becouse customers didnt call me that there is some problem but just start return on ebay without asking me what we can do. turbocharger is under my warranty but customer just bought from someone else and now he may do it again with other company. why there is no poption to offer 50% money back? ebay return is asking me what was wrong becouse 10 months ago there is was option to send offer in % to send not full payment but now we can just fully refund money and Im asking wahy and how ebay can help me becouse we are loosing 550£ now abd customers is happy

If they purchased the item 2 months ago they are out of time to use eBay to get a refund.

It the buyer received the item more than 30 days ago it will be too late for them to have opened a case under eBay's money back guarantee.
It sounds as though the buyer may have initiated a credit card chargeback, or payment reversal. Chargebacks can be brought several months after the sale. The chargeback will be against eBay, as the buyer paid eBay in the first place. However, you would have to repay eBay the full cost of the claim (plus pay their admin fee).
This would explain why the possible option of a 50% refund is no longer available. If it's a chargeback, eBay has no say in the amount repaid. They have to repay the credit card company the full amount claimed as a payment reversal.
