New to eBay seller account

Hi Community,

I'm new to eBay seller account, there 2 major issues I'm facing.

1. Where I can update the free shipping/delivery, and delivery duration (like 3-5 days delivery time)?

2. I have listed an item price around £7.99, and I'm verifying it from other eBay account it's showing £9.35. Why it has a different?

Shipping time is part of the listing form, so edit, although once you have a bid this is not possible.

The prices of the vary according to colour which explains why two prices are shown,

As john1297576 says you enter shipping prices and despatch times when you list or edit your listings

The increase in price is because you are shipping from China and VAT will be added to all your prices
