Recall of gift bought

I bought two cat *bleep* for a gift at Christmas back in August.  Since I have had a notice from Ebay saying the items have been recalled due to safety issues.  I have not used them so I contacted the seller to return them due to the recall. They Flatley refuse to have anything to do with it..

Ebay's only responsibility is to let you know about the recall.  If you were within  30 days of delivery you would have been able to use the money back guarantee,  but you are too late for that now.

You could try a claim through your bank or credit card if that's how you paid.
