I can't get eBay to chase up an issue with an item I bought 11 Apr, 2024, that trading Standards have said is not safe to use. The Seller does not respond to my messages.
In the eBay search tool for past sales, the item is not there, probably due to the length of time from when I purchased it. But there are no other options. How can I get eBay to step in and help me?
The AI chat runs me around in circles, and I can't get to chat or email an actual person.
