I think I have been scammed as ebay have removed listing due to policy violation. Will I get a refund ?

Yes,  you will but you will have to wait until the item's last estimated date for delivery before either opening a case for item not received,  or for item not as described.

Thanks for that. I have requested a refund from seller but they are trying to delay by saying the policy violation is due to fuzzy pics

Seller does not have to agree to a cancellation request,  so all you can do is to wait for the item to arrive / not arrive , and proceed if necessary , with a case for a refund.

Avoid communication with seller, just use ebay cases as appropriate. Removal by Ebay should be seen as a warning.
