Hi, I had an ebay seller clinic appointment on Tuesday but there were technical issues with the phone line so we couldn't complete the call. I haven't heard anything from ebay since. I tried calling them but the line said to call back during there opening hours (This was during opening hours). I tried to get on to live chat but it has an error message and has had now for 3 days. I requested a call back but the person I spoke to didn't seem to understand what the seller clinic was. I also emailed ebay to request a follow up or report but have heard nothing back. Anything else I can do? The advice at the start of the call sounded promising so I would like to see what else they had to say but it seems to be impossible to contact anyone.
Never heard of a Seller Clinic, most information can be found using Help and Contact, far better to read than be given instructions from an Agent, or ask a question on the Answer Centre.
