If posting to Republic of Ireland, does it go by  shipping programme or just normal Royal Mail

It's EU not UK so would be GSP.   Or you can put direct postage to Ireland on your listing.   If using Royal Mail you can look up prices on their website.   You'd need Europe Zone 1.
