I have a faulty item the seller agreed to send a replacement 3 weeks ago it’s not arrived I have contacted the seller & they are not responding now?

Forget replacement. 

Open item not as described case, seller provides returns label, you send back for full refund. 

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund. 

You only have 30 days to open case, so do it now before it's too late.
