Hi!
I recently made a purchase which contained 2 items, item 1 is a mid layer dog jacket to be worn underneath item 2 which is an outer layer with weather protection.
The problem is they're 2 different sizes! So they don't fit my dog.
I requested a return from the seller, however they responded by simply closing the return request! I reached out to them via message but they insist they won't accept a return and tell me just sell the item on if it's of no use to me!
I'm looking to have someone from ebay step in but I can't seem to find out how to do that anywhere! Could someone please point me in the right direction?
I've been an ebay user for years but have never been what you'd call a regular user, so I'm completely at a loss with this. I have tried to navigate all the help sections I can find on the subject but none of them lead me anywhere.
Anyone..?

Update:- My apologies, not long after typing this message I managed to get through to an agent via a phone call, and the issue is resolved.

No idea what you were told, but have you never read the ebay 30 day money back guarantee?
You do not have to contact ebay, you simple open a Not as described case, but do not use reason “Does not fit” as that is classed as a change of mind return.
For information, Business sellers have to accept returns for any reason, only Private sellers can decline Change of Mind returns.
