Inpost item stolen. Locker was empty

My item wasn't present in the locker. Just an empty packet. As I've opened the locker, eBay thinks I have the item. I cannot see how to raise this as an issue with eBay. I've notified Inpost and the seller.

You do need to contact ebay about it.  You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:

I can't get past the AI giving me irrelevant issues that don't match the issue. Trying to find a phone number to no avail.

Are you looking at the link on your smartphone?    You should get the options to ring ebay or have them ring you.   

If you do need to enter an issue put in whatever gets you through.   It doesn't have to get exactly correct

There's no option to phone them or be phoned coming up when I click the link.

I tried clicking options close to the issue but end up in irrelevance

You're saying "clicking" so that doesn't sound like you're using your phone.   The options don't show up on a PC or laptop.
