I bought an Apple Watch from somebody and they haven’t unlinked it from their Apple ID account  so at the moment I’m unable to set it upand I’m messaging them to ask them to do it and they’re not responding. Can I get eBay to help. I don’t want to return the item I just want them to unlink it from the Apple ID

eBay won't help with unlinking the watch, but if the seller won't assist and it's still within 30 days of the date of delivery it will be covered by eBy's money back guarantee. You will need to return it through the guarantee, with the seller providing a prepaid return label.
