refund question

hi help please i printed a tracked 48 label for an item i sold then decided to change the label to DPD Gold so how do i get a refund on the original label? thanks

If postage was stated on the listing the buyer would have paid it and it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

If you paid for the original label (ie. had "free postage - seller pays" on the listing) you can cancel it here:
