Recently sold two separate items to the same buyer. eBay combined the postage (I was paying)and provided only one postage label. However the maximum parcel size remained the same as for the individual items.
This didn't really suit the items being sold because they were fragile and I couldn't find a way to increase the parcel size. Does anyone know how to make changes after a sale or is this not an option with "Simple Postage"
Not an option, you cannot ask buyer to pay more, it is just a useless system, and obviously cannot adjust for increased size of trying to pack two items as one.
Suggest you cancel the label and sort postage out yourself.
