I moved to Australia six months ago and am unable to access funds despite several calls to Ebay. First of all they said I would have to open an Australian ebay account and they would transfer the funds. They didn't. Today, several weeks later, I called them again and was told to use Payoneer. However, I couldn't get the payoneer app to work and when I looked at what google had to say about it, it said that you cant use it to transfer funds from Ebay when you are in Australia. Can anyone help please? Many thanks.
