Leaving Ebay. My funds are on hold all of a sudden. I spoke with eBay about the purchase a fake purc

I recently informed eBay I would be leaving. I disagree with their policy for persons on here to sell fake works of art. eBay says it is not in their remit. 

Now my funds are on hold and eBay would like more of my banking details. It was never a problem before.  I am closing the account , but now I am unable to do this as they hold my funds.

if there are outstanding problems eBay won't close your account and in any event that cannot happen as you have live listings.

You'll need to supply eBay with the information they're asking for then, once you have your payment, end any active listings and start your account closure (it can take a few weeks for it to close down completely, depending on when your last transaction was).
