DHL haven’t collected a large parcel

I sold a large item and was only allowed to choose DHL collection service. There was no option for drop off or any other courier. 
but it’s been 4 days and still it’s waiting for collection. 
I’ve tried ringing emailing messages but don’t get any other reply but a new text message saying the time that day it will be collected. On the phone as soon as you put your ref number in and postcode the automated message says your parcel will be collected today. But that’s been saying the same thing for 4 days. Then you can’t get through to speak to anyone it cuts the call. 
contact form just generates an auto reply with another collection time. 
there is no communication no help whatsoever. And if there was no other delivery company for the heavy item I can’t send with another courier. 
how can I get help?

You could cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement, via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.   Then relist for the buyer to buy again.

 

During the relisting process you may be able to opt out of Simple Delivery and choose your own, more reliable, courier by following the advice on here:

If you can't opt out maybe a new listing will trigger a new collection arrangement with DHL.   One that works this time.
