How to send extra charge invoice

Can anybody help with sending invoices for an extra charge on item sold ??

You can't do that.   If the postage is wrong you would have to  cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
