Returned two items before the return date
Both items were returned by seller . Seller is not responding at all to any messages
How can I get Ebay involved .??

Did you open a return case through ebay and use the label(s) provided by ebay?

If the tracking for both items shows as delivered and if the case is still open, which it may not be by now, the refund should have happened automatically. If not, you will need to deal with ebay customer service directly.

When you return an item and it shoes delivery, the seller has 48 hours to refund you, if they don't you escalate the case, eBay step in and force the refund. Has this time lapsed? Has the case closed ? If not escalate now.
If you need to contact Customer Services, contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.

There is no need to contact ebay CS.
Cases are automated, if case is still open, go to it and escalate (ask ebay to step in).
